Laurelin is a Registered Landscape Architect in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, institutional, community and public space projects. Her portfolio includes multiple hospitals and healthcare facilities alongside civic landscapes, parks, trails and public gathering spaces.

She brings strong project management to every commission and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to see design objectives realized within practical and regulatory constraints — including the safety and compliance requirements particular to public and institutional outdoor environments.

Jay is a Registered Landscape Architect and a Life Member of both the British Columbia and Canadian Societies of Landscape Architects, with over 35 years of professional experience. As Principal of LSLA’s Prince George head office, he has provided longstanding leadership in the planning, design and construction of healthcare and institutional facilities throughout British Columbia and the Yukon.

Much of his work involves environments where safety, accessibility and durability are critical. Jay has particular expertise in landscapes that perform year-round in northern climates, with close attention to snow management, planting resilience and long-term operational practicality.

Elmira is an intermediate landscape designer with over five years of professional experience on projects in Vancouver and Northern British Columbia. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Architecture earned in Iran.

She supports projects through design development, technical documentation and interdisciplinary coordination, leading the technical development of the landscape scope and keeping design intent aligned with technical requirements across complex consultant teams.
